1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing from the ScribaMundi website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Customer") and ScribaMundi. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or make purchases from our Site.

2. Products and Orders

ScribaMundi sells staplers & accessories, writing instruments, notebooks & planners, and related products. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or product information. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept only upon sending an order confirmation email. We may cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScribaMundi, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total cumulative liability for any claims related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount you paid to ScribaMundi for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

The products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ScribaMundi does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the ScribaMundi Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of ScribaMundi or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "ScribaMundi" name and logo are registered trademarks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Site. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from the Site without our express written permission.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as opened ink cartridges or personalized products. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

6. General Provisions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
