Shipping Method & Processing

We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

We ship internationally to most countries. Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are as follows:

  • Domestic (within the United States): 5-10 business days.
  • International: 10-25 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs inspections, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. ScribaMundi is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authorities. ScribaMundi has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

Missing or Damaged Shipments
