Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • You must initiate the return request within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please note the following non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
  • Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., engraved writing instruments).

The Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Ship the Item: Please securely pack the item(s) and include the RA number on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Timeline

After we approve your return, the refund processing times are as follows:

  • Credit Card / Debit Card: 5-10 business days.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns (change of mind, etc.).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
